Question about: Fixed nominal interest rate from and until full disbursement

Hello,

what does "Gebundener Sollzinssatz ab Vollauszahlung des Darlehens" and "Gebundener Sollzinssatz bis zur Vollauszahlung des Darlehens" actually mean?

The specified interest rate until full disbursement is almost 1% higher.

It would be nice if someone could clarify this for me.
