Question about bathroom renovation

Hello everyone,

we are currently renovating an old building, my questions relate specifically to the bathroom.

Regarding the initial situation:

The room is 2 x 4 m in size, it should contain a toilet and a double washbasin, next to the room is a small niche 1.30 x 0.84 m, where the toilet used to be. We want to use this niche as a shower, which should be separated by a glass door.

My questions now:

We have of course removed the window in the niche, is a special exhaust required for the shower area?

The shower cabin should be tiled up to the ceiling, what would be best for the ceiling design? Would a stretch ceiling possibly be recommended?

Does anyone know a company that manufactures glass shower doors made to measure?

there are various design options for a ceiling. ( ganz normal verputzen, Lackspanndecke, Decke abhängen und spots einbauen )

Basically, the concept of the bathroom should be considered first, and then the ceiling question arises.

You can get glass shower doors from many glaziers (für ein einfaches Glas) or specifically from manufacturers of glass shower doors (für mehrere Teile).

It is worth comparing, as there are significant price differences (and unfortunately also differences in quality).
