Purchase of land from the future construction company?

since I am still very new here, I don't know if my question is in the right section. If not, please move it.

I have found a nice building plot. Now I have read in the details online that I am tied to the construction company that is selling the plot.

Is that normal or should one rather avoid it?

As I already wrote in my introduction, we have absolutely no possibility to do any work ourselves. Would it perhaps be better in this case to take the same construction company?

I would be very grateful for your help, because then we would know whether we could continue with the planning.

Hello Mazzu..... this can have advantages and disadvantages..... what is important is the seriousness as well as the overall package. It is definitely not an isolated case, in Berlin (where we are currently building for a general contractor) it is widespread. The provider earns from the development and passes on this discount.... whether all of them are that fair, I don't know. Nobody will give you anything for free anyway.
