Provider of construction land assessments in Munich-Untermenzing tips?

I am looking for tips on an affordable soil survey for our 450 m2 plot in Munich-Untermenzing. The plan is to build a single-family house with or without a basement and currently there is a house to be demolished on it.

Try it with "Clayton Umwelt-Consult GmbH". They are based in Ludwigshafen but provided us here (Fünfseenland) with an expert report at a fair price without long waiting times. The local providers here were all at least 3 times as expensive and sometimes had a lead time of 6 months (the latter may have changed recently).

I found my geologist by using the identically named site under the term „Bodengutachten“ on Goggel.
