I would like to hear your pro and con arguments on the topic of [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]. What motivated you to install a [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] or why did you decide against it? For those who already use a [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]: What advantages and disadvantages have you experienced in practice?

So I found a good entry about it directly on Google ;) You can try searching for it. All in all, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Of course, it costs money :O

Hello,
In our new two-family house, we have not installed a controlled residential ventilation system, mainly for building-biological (health) reasons. Since we also worked a lot with wood and clay, we achieve a very good indoor climate even without controlled residential ventilation. Moisture can be absorbed optimally and released again if necessary. Through manual ventilation, we also have full control over the indoor air quality. This means a little more additional effort, but it is very healthy. From an energy perspective, heat loss during ventilation is also minimized because we heat with a masonry heater (radiant heat).

In a stone house there are already some advantages, but it also costs money. There is simply good air and the used air is extracted. The windows can remain closed and that reduces the noise.

I would also do without something like that. Of course, the manufacturers assure a clean indoor climate. But those who live in the countryside achieve that as well with regular airing.

I have a central controlled residential ventilation system and fresh air is drawn in here. I see this as a major advantage. The outside air is also filtered here.
