Property tax - problems due to roof window roller shutters?

Hello everyone,
On Saturday, solar roller shutters will be installed in our UNFINISHED attic.
Now I wanted to submit the invoice with the specified labor cost in the 2019 tax return to get back 20% on the labor cost.

Now the question came to my mind.
Since the attic is not finished, could there be a problem or a change in property tax if I submit the installation to the tax office?

Does anyone have information or experience with this?
