Hello everyone,
there are a few issues with the current property I am interested in that I would like to discuss with you.
It is a semi-detached house with land. "My" semi-detached house has only a ground floor, the neighbor's has a ground floor and a first floor.
The land is only divided according to [WEG], there is a declaration of division which I have not seen yet.
The neighbors do not agree to a real division, according to the real estate agent because they supposedly would be at a disadvantage in terms of building planning after a division.
I found out from the municipality that there is no development plan. So the neighbors should not be at a disadvantage, right?
What risks do you see so far? Of course, one has to look at the declaration of division but if it looks good, what else should I consider? Is the situation itself a deal-breaker?
Many thanks
