Property including initial survey

I have a quick question: we have a plot of land in prospect. It says incl. initial survey. What can we imagine by that?

The mayor is on vacation, otherwise I would have asked him; I am a bit impatient, so the question to you.

The external dimensions of the property are known; nothing more. You will find further measurement and elevation points only in the preliminary site plan, which you need for the building application and should therefore commission promptly from a surveyor you trust.
