Property division during or after the purchase?

Seller sells part a to Meier, part b to Müller. Which part is how large is clarified by the sketch in the notarial deed, annex. The contract should state that the seller commissions the surveying and division. Not the buyers, otherwise the surveying price will be subject to property transfer tax. You can reimburse the seller behind the scenes. Transfer of ownership only takes place after surveying and division have been completed. Until then, only the declaration of transfer (Auflassung). It is best to do everything with one notary and at one appointment. Karsten

Hello Karsten, thanks for the quick reply.

And how does the distribution of ancillary purchase costs then work? The relevant numbers are certainly those in the purchase contract, right? If the contract says, party A buys for €150,000 and party B for €150,000, are the ancillary purchase costs calculated on these two amounts and charged separately to both parties? Is that correct?
