Proof of firefighting water

Hello,

among other things, the fire water supply proof is on my to-do list. Now I am wondering whether I even need it because:

1. a development plan exists and in my opinion, something like that should have actually been planned during the development
2. diagonally opposite our property there is also a hydrant sign to be found

You will definitely need the proof, even if the sky falls down - these are officials.

Has now been clarified, the firefighting water requirement is obsolete with the development plan or already included in it.
