Promotion/Grants for Disability-Friendly Renovation

the question has probably been asked in the forum before. But I couldn't find a suitable answer.

Starting situation:
My mother is 100% [GH] and is planning the construction of a single-story, disability-friendly house.
Can anyone tell me if there are grants, for example from the health insurance company, or other low-interest loans available here?
Does anyone have experience with this?

Well, I can hardly imagine it being the health insurance company.

I know that the L-Bank in BW (development bank) offers something along those lines. Maybe inquire at your respective development bank!

There are grants for accessibility! However, it is carefully weighed: what is needed, what is not! Each fund sees it differently!
