Professional sealing/plastering above light well?

Hello everyone,

can anyone by any chance tell me how the area above the light wells, where the insulation is basically exposed, would be professionally sealed? We have raised the light well with the corresponding extension, but now of course all the insulation is exposed. On the one hand, it doesn’t look really "nice," and on the other hand, it probably isn’t good in the long run?

Under no circumstances leave it "open". 1. Plaster it --> then it will match the rest of the house wall or 2. Talk to a good roofer --> it could also be nicely covered visually (e.g., powder-coated stainless steel sheet)

Thank you very much. The circled area will be below the grate anyway, so not directly in the line of sight. So it doesn't necessarily have to be something very expensive, as long as it's properly sealed :)
