Process of returning goods for incorrect furniture from IKEA

Hello,

I ordered my new furniture from Ikea Homeshopping. The furniture will be delivered by freight this Friday. Now I have reconsidered everything, etc., and have come to the conclusion that I do not want to unpack the side table from Malm at all.

There is also an Ikea store near me. So my question is whether I can return the table there or if I have to have it picked up separately by mail?

If it is originally packaged, you will get the money back - if the packaging is open, only a voucher.

That is not correct. Apparently, there seem to be different regulations in the retail stores.

Is there also a return form to print out like on Amazon? I find their return service very good.
