Hello everyone,
we are planning to build our own home on my mother’s property. I have already been to the building ordinance office and was told that it is not considered building land and that it would be difficult to obtain permission with the reasoning "building in the second row – then the neighbors want the same!" They gave me a document for a preliminary inquiry to review the whole matter. Now, I do not want to receive a rejection, so I want to involve a professional to be on the safe side. Whom should I ask? In this district, building in the second row is predominant. The neighboring plots have no possibility because the houses are on a slope and access is blocked by neighbors. The argument "building in the second row" is therefore invalid.
Thanks in advance & best regards
