we have been having increasing problems with our heating engineer recently. Since we want to move in two weeks and the heating has not even been working yet, I am starting to get very worried. Who can you turn to in such a case to get external advice? I can already imagine myself heating with radiant heaters and gas heaters in the new house...

We are located in the Main Kinzig district in Hesse, I somehow unsuccessfully googled for experts.
