Hello,

we are planning a hinterland development on a meadow behind the parental home. The later access road will continue through a paved courtyard to the back.

Since we do not want to send the construction vehicles over the paved courtyard (, and we would like to have the paving turned upside down... ;)), the construction access should be separate (approx. 30m long) over a meadow.

In order to prevent the property (the meadow(s)) from being compacted, we are considering a mobile construction road.

Now our question(s):
1) Has anyone gained experience with mobile construction roads in private construction?
2) What kind of tender text should be used here?
3) From your point of view, are there alternatives? (graveling? What to do with the gravel afterwards for a 30m long access road...)
4) We are not afraid of doing our own work – what could be prepared ourselves regarding mobile construction roads so that it does not get even more expensive?

If anyone knows a company in the Unna district, we would be happy to have the contact!!

I could not find this topic in the forum’s search function. If it is already there, please don’t take it amiss.

Many thanks! :)

Best regards,
Builder-to-be

You don't need a tender text. These are nothing other than "plastic plates". Google "mobile Baustraßen" and plenty of providers will appear; price-wise, they don't differ much. Rhineland greetings
