Prices - Offers / Lowest Price VOB B

Hi,

Is there an entry in VOB B that regulates prices?
I’m pretty sure I read something somewhere that could help with my concern....

I need an entrance door with a side panel. According to the construction contract, I can choose a door for €2500. Unfortunately, the construction company offers one starting at €3150.

Now I have found exactly the same one on the internet for €2500 (the door is very simple, no glass inserts or similar modern front doors).

Do I now have to take the one from the construction company, or does the construction company have to accept my "find" and order the cheaper one?

There is nothing in the VOB about who may sell or install which components at which price.

Huh? :confused: Aren't front doors included in the house price? And if so, then he must install a door for you without extra charge.
