hey there,

after reading a lot in this forum, we want to post the preliminary draft of our future house here. This draft is for the creation of the offer, so the drawings are not detailed. However, the room layout and the approximate size of each room are present, and we would appreciate your feedback on these.:D

Best regards, TurtleBack;)

Honestly? Back to square one, don't collect 4,000 marks and turn to someone with a room planning program who can do it.

- All dimensions are missing!
- All furniture is missing!
- Views are missing!
- The technical room is far too small, unless there is a basement.
- The dressing room has too little usable space.
- Impractical angles and corners in the bedroom and dressing area.
- Is there a reason for this designer bathroom? It doesn't fit with the rest of the house.
- For 160 sqm, a lot of space, little use.

Positive:
- A proper (long) wardrobe fits in the hallway.

The hallway upstairs gets quite dark The door to the dressing room I would leave out, it will only annoy you over time. Where is the washing machine? Otherwise, I think the floor plan is okay.

Thank you Manu. A dark hallway is definitely not nice, we still have to consider the change. The storage is supposed to be the utility room.

Hello Turtle, please read the initial thread for floor plan discussions and use the question catalog so that the discussion can be constructive for you.

The draft is not the worst, the pantry is too small... otherwise, quite a bit of information is missing.

I don't find the TK too small. Ours is also not even 4m2 in size and everything is housed there: air-water heat pump with hot water storage, water connection, power connection, large fuse box, a network box, alarm system, and we even still have space for a shelf with tools :-) So it works, as long as a washing machine doesn't have to be included.
