There have been many discussions pro and contra solid houses vs. timber frame construction here in the forum. What do you understand by prefabricated houses?

That is always a matter of opinion and taste and cannot be answered generally as to what is better. There are pros and cons for both prefabricated and solid houses.

What do you want to hear? I say yes. Why? Because I already built one anyway. There were many reasons why we decided that way. But as already written, there are advantages and disadvantages. No matter which construction method.

This will definitely be a great survey about "Fertigehäuser", :cool:
