Prefabricated house - Swedish house

Hello,

my girlfriend and I have been thinking for some time about building something of our own. Land, financing, etc. is not a problem. However, we have fallen a bit in love with the well-known "Schwedenhäuser".

Does anyone of you have one like that? What are your experiences?

Advantages and disadvantages..?

What I know from Sweden are simple wooden cabins with stoves and electric heating. They probably have little to do with the standards common and required in Germany : ) There are certainly specialized providers for this type of house. I would search for and contact them.

I also find them really pretty and would love to have an original! Where can you order them? Does anyone have one and want to show us photos? I would be interested.

There are prefabricated house providers who build you an outwardly Swedish house, and inside an energy-efficient house. But it won't be cheap. Certainly not under €250,000. My provider built one here near Karlsruhe.. looks really stylish. But inside it doesn't have much in common with the Swedish houses in Sweden.
