Prefabricated house - in solid construction or timber frame construction?

Hello everyone,

Do you know of a list that includes all (many) prefab house providers with a note on whether they build with solid construction or timber framing?

That way, you wouldn’t have to check each provider openly and yourself.

There is a beautiful list on the homepage of the "BDF - Bundesverband Deutscher Fertigbau e.V." in the section "Mitglieder" => "Fertighaushersteller", on the right a small link "Download => BDF Mietgliederverzeichnis". You then click on it and the "bdf-mitglvz-2018.pdf" appears.

There you have a tabular overview with "Firma", "Anschrift", "Art der Bauweise" (!!!), "Bauprogramm" and "Lieferradius".

As if they had created the list just for you....
