prefabricated house exhibitions Cologne / Düsseldorf area

Hello, I wanted to ask if there is anyone here from the Cologne or Düsseldorf area who could give me information about where there are prefabricated house exhibitions or building fairs, I’m not from Cologne or Düsseldorf and don’t know my way around there. Maybe someone could give me some information. Thank you in advance

Unfortunately, I have only found one exhibitor in Cologne so far.

Near Mannheim, there is a fairly large exhibition.

Fertighauswelt Frechen. Basically at the A1/A4 interchange (so at the southeast corner of Cologne) - 20-30 houses

Fertighauswelt Wuppertal
So east of Düsseldorf - also about 25 houses / actually almost the same manufacturers as in Frechen but different house models

Then there is the Viebrockhaus world with 8 or 9 houses; and sample exhibition
- west of Düsseldorf

There is a rather large exhibition near Mannheim.

But it is far from Cologne/Düsseldorf

1.5h-2h drive, depending on the area of Cologne, I don't think that's far for such a large exhibition.

PS 43 houses and 35 providers.

They are from the same "chain" as Frechen and Wuppertal. And 270km compared to maybe 10-30km...

Frechen has 23, Wuppertal I believe 21.

What was a little different was Bad Vilbel (north of Frankfurt) with 70 houses.... (we have also been there once)

And it is only 230km from the western part of Cologne.
