Prefabricated house by the company Nordmarkhaus from the year 2002

Hello,

we have fallen in love with a house that was built in 2002 by the company Nordmarkhaus.

The company apparently no longer exists for quite some time, so you can't find anything online at all. Does anyone know the company and can make any statements about the quality, construction method, or anything else? We are a bit unsettled because there is absolutely nothing to be found.

The company probably went bankrupt in 2012. In the 1980s, this provider appeared in every prefab house magazine and had a solid reputation. I believe the bestseller was called Britta back then. Modern in the sense of following trends, but not ultra-fashionable, gable roof, plaster facade, some models with a conservatory. Target group (upper) middle class - so roughly those who drive an A4 today. The products were roughly at the level of the competitor Schwörerhaus. Not a leader in innovation, but also not cheap. I don't recall any scandals. My assessment, of course, cannot replace an inspection by an expert; but this is probably not a provider one would need to warn against. The name sounds good to me.
