Positioning single-family house on plot

Hello,

I have a question regarding the positioning of the planned detached house on the plot.

It concerns plot No. 1.

In the exposé, the houses are mostly shown outside the building boundaries. Should I attach any significance to this?

In the development plan, there is, in my opinion, a building boundary but no building line.

Does this mean that I can freely position the house within the building boundaries, taking into account the other specifications in the development plan, or are there restrictions on the orientation (I would prefer the long side from west to east and not as shown from north to south)?

The development area is called "Im Haferkamp" in Ostercappeln, in case anyone wants to google it to possibly find missing information.

Thank you. So theoretically I could even place the house at an angle, as long as I stay within the area limited by the blue building boundary and follow the textual specifications of the development plan, right?
