Hello everyone,

we are a family of three and are planning to build a single-family house next year. For this, we have registered for a building plot in the neighboring community in the new development area that was developed in 2016.

At the moment, the allocation of the plots is ongoing, and we are supposed to specify a total of 6 of the 25 available building plots including prioritization. Since this is our first time dealing with this topic and we will certainly overlook many factors and their advantages and disadvantages when choosing the plot, I would be interested to know which plots you would choose?

The crossed-out plots are not for sale, the pictures are oriented to the north. The building on the right edge of the picture is a textile recycling company.

Thank you very much for your answers.

What do you like: bright sun(when?), some shade, an unobstructed view to the back, many neighbors, a lot of space towards the street (can also be nice if it is traffic-calmed and you are sociable) or or or. There is a lot of choice;) - concrete tips only when you write a little more, you have suggestions now.

I would also take a look at where noise could be coming from if there is noise (highway, federal road, main road through the community, busier access road, ...). My opinion on sun orientation: shading is always possible, creating sun is not. In autumn/winter/spring, a sunny orientation is probably important to most people, and in summer, as mentioned, you can provide shade. Considering a typical daily routine, people are usually home in the evening, and there, southwest is rather good.

The main question would also be how you plan to design your house. The land question should then be based on that, if you can still choose.

In my opinion ;)

The area where the trees are marked, will it remain like that? If yes, I would prefer the dead-end road on the right in the picture.

I briefly looked at the picture on google maps, just link the coordinates.

Then the surrounding streets can also be assessed better.
