Hello forum,
we plan to build in the next 2 years. Therefore, I am now looking for helpful tips.
First of all:
I am a trained draftsman for architecture (public service). In other words, I will create the drawings myself. The problem is that I have been out of this profession for about 10 years. Therefore, I have no knowledge of current construction planning. Also, through the public service I have had little to do with single-family houses.
Are there any guideline values that I must use for a low-energy house? How did you approach your heating system or planning? How did you calculate your insulation thickness? You have to pay attention to the dew point, etc.
Regards
