Photovoltaic system cable feed-through house wall

Hello, the cables from our new photovoltaic system were routed through the house wall into the technical room and sealed with acrylic (see pictures, diameter approx. 3.5 cm). Is it possible to install a sealing collar or something similar afterward to make it permanently tight?

That could definitely have been done better. You can skip a cuff at this point, it only adds unnecessary bulk. I would rather find out what kind of empty conduit this is. Will it withstand UV radiation for the next 20 years? You can't change much about the acrylic accident anymore. Clean the facade a bit and paint over it. It really only needs to withstand splash water.
