Hello everyone,

I want to have a photovoltaic system installed. Mid-terrace house, with storage and island operation.
I have now received an offer. For a system with panels on the south and north side.

I only have limited knowledge of the subject. Therefore, it would be great if someone knowledgeable could give a rough assessment of the offer.
Just whether it is generally okay and somewhat sensible.

There is a "decision aid" and the offer itself. In the calculation of the amortization, I have already noticed that the "price cap" for the electricity price is not taken into account.

Many thanks in advance if someone takes the time for my question.

Thanks
Robert

The offer doesn't look particularly cheap at first, but not super expensive given the current situation. What condition is your meter cabinet in? They are asking for 1380 once and then another 2200. I find the amortization calculation rather wild.

The assumed feed-in tariff is probably also incorrect

There is still a lot of space in the meter cabinet. It’s quite large and half of it is free. I would have to arrange an on-site inspection anyway. The offer was initially only based on photos.

What also puts me off a bit is the staged payment. Then something is not deliverable and I have already made a down payment. He won’t start construction before the middle of next year anyway. But I would have to make down payments...

Regarding the amortization... if it even happens, I am satisfied. The question is whether that will be the case.
