Hello, we possibly want to have a house built by a local carpentry company. This is prefabricated in the hall similar to a modular house. The usual payment plans are rather designed for solid houses where you simply pay according to construction progress, shell, windows,...
Now, in our case, something slightly more than the shell is delivered and the company has to go fully in advance.
Do you have any experience with something like this? The disadvantage is that if I pay part in advance here, and the house parts are being produced, they do not belong to us in case of bankruptcy - they become part of the bankruptcy estate. Or of course if they simply do not meet quality standards...
Anyone have experience with buying prefabricated houses?
Thanks ;)
