Hello everyone,
I have received the following cost breakdown and payment schedule from our general contractor.
We are building 220m² living space on two levels (without a basement), with the ground floor being larger and therefore the flat roof.
Except for the floor coverings, everything is basically included.
Is this okay so far? It is difficult to make the items exact, if you really go into it, you have certainly paid too much. For example, even without a ventilation system, blinds, stairs, and a glued tile, 99% would have to be paid.
