Patio door wobbles after opening, difficult to close

Hello,
I have a patio door that has been wobbling at the top near the hinge for a few days after opening (I don’t know if that is the correct description) and has to overcome a stiff hurdle just before closing.

My suspicion: After opening, this "square block" (blue in the picture, on the handle from the frame side) is no longer exactly between the two guides (green in the picture) at the top of the patio door.
Does anyone have enough experience to give me a tip on where I could try something?

The patio door is about 2 years old and was installed during a new build. I could also involve the developer (warranty for defects). However, I would like to try to fix the cause with your help first.

If the balcony door is already stiff after 2 years, it was not ideally adjusted. The window fitter (through the developer) is supposed to take care of that, as it is part of his tasks. How will the fitting parts look after 6 years if nothing is done now.

Yes, that was indeed the case. I thought I would get a reply with my post here to be able to adjust it myself.

In the meantime, the window fitter has come and readjusted it. So the issue is resolved for now.

Somewhere inside on the door it says to oil once a year.
If you don’t do that, the mechanism wears out faster.
If you do that, such a mechanism can last 50 years.
