Parquet replacement with Coretec - experiences?

we are currently building our single-family house. We have now come across the company Coretec from a local supplier for floor coverings. We are looking for a durable parquet substitute. Unfortunately, there are hardly any reviews of Coretec online. Maybe someone here has installed Coretec and would like to share their experiences with Coretec?

We decided on a floor from Coretec but have not yet gained any experience with it. We will install it next month.

We became aware of it through a local laminate dealer with "Depot" in the name. Allegedly a very resistant floor, which is also used in commercial areas. There was always a vase filled with water with a piece of it inside at the reception desk.

We were able to negotiate a good price and are curious about the processing and durability.

Where do you install the Coretec? We would lay it throughout the entire house including the bathroom and kitchen. Apparently, this is also possible as a floating floor. How is it with you? And which Coretec type did you choose? We are undecided between Meadow and Fremont Oak.

Except in the bathrooms, we want to install Coretec as a floating floor everywhere

We have chosen the Coretec Halifax.

When are you laying your floor? We are simply not sure because we can hardly find any reviews about Coretec. Is there no one else who already has the floor in use?

I would rather choose linoleum at a similar price. It is without plastic, feels good, and is also durable.
