we want to paint/varnish the eaves, purlins, etc. white in the new construction of our single-family house. Which paint is recommended for this? It should have very good coverage (max. 2 coats + primer), be long-lasting, permeable to moisture, and be able to accommodate the movements of the wood without cracking. It can also cost a bit more for this (quality products).
