Own contribution - How much savings can be expected?

we have now received the offer and construction service from our site manager and architects. Including everything (soil survey, foundation slab up to the roof) we would come to 180,000 for our solid house (stone on stone). However, we would like to contribute some own work, since we have craftsmen in the family.

Specifically, these are:
Interior painting (whitewashing walls, as well as plastering and sanding, wallpapering ceiling)
Floor coverings (approx. 40 sqm laminate) the offer included solid parquet
The tiling (90 sqm) we leave to the professional

Roughly, how much can be credited for this (material not included)???

Hello, you can't say that in such a general way: how big is the house? How many sqm need to be plastered? Raufasertapete? etc... Ask your builder what he would credit you and then take the plans to a building materials store and get an offer for the material. Regards Markus
