Overpainting of latex-like facade paint

the facade of my house is currently painted with a latex-like paint. In some places, the paint is peeling off and you can remove small pieces of the paint layer (see photos). It is latex- or rubber-like and can be easily pulled apart. I hope this can be seen in the photos.



I would like to repaint the facade. Does the old paint have to be removed for this, or can it be painted over? If so, which paint is suitable for this or which paint should I not use?

When the old paint comes off, it's no use just painting over it. This will also be stated in the [Verarbeitungshinweise].

Proper repair includes removing the loosened areas beforehand. Simply painting over a loose substrate would be unsustainable.

That's right. But the question is about the paint... how to repair the plaster, in my opinion, should be researched independently.
