Our Single-Family House Floor Plan - Your Opinion

We, a small family (2 adults, 1 child), are currently in the process of planning our new house with the developer. For this, they have made proposals for the floor plan, which we actually already like quite a bit.

We want a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a large entrance area, a big children's room, and plenty of light.

We look forward to your feedback.

So I find the floor plan for a family of three very well done. In the basement, I would make the access to the toilet from the hallway, so that guests also have the opportunity to use the toilet there and do not always have to go upstairs. Otherwise - I would say - perfect!

: Which toilet in the basement do you mean? I only see a shower and a washbasin there.

True. You are right. I was still a bit sleepy this morning :-) Well, then I would add another toilet.

Oh, about the lifting station. There are already finished toilets today where it is integrated, so a grinder + lifting station. I would do it. Unfortunately, we didn't do it in our place - for the same reason as you - and today I kick myself because of it.

Clear, functional, and spacious! :)
Think again in the kitchen about where the tall cabinets for the refrigerator and possibly the oven will go.
