Hello everyone,
I have a few questions about the optimized procedure for the upcoming interior construction with us. The goal is, of course, to be able to move in as quickly as possible. The situation is as follows:
- At the end of this/beginning of next week, the screed will be poured. It is clear that it must dry before it can be covered. I would now like to know which tasks I can carry out during the drying phase.
The idea is definitely to fill the concrete ceilings and then sand them together with the walls.
Everything is supposed to be wallpapered with fleece afterwards. Can this be done already, or is it better to do it after the screed has been sanded?
In addition, the roof and ceiling in the upper floor need to be insulated and sealed wind-tight. (Afterwards, there will be counter battens and plasterboard with filling, etc.) Could this also be done during the drying time? Or is everything still too damp and water could collect on the foil? I want to somehow try to use this 4-6 week drying time optimally. Do you have any recommendations for me? Of course, it could also be that I should keep my feet still during the time. That’s okay.
Thanks and best regards
Stefan
