Hello, we bought a plot of land where there is still an old house and a lot of garbage; I will dispose of all this little by little and demolish it. Accordingly, we have planned to start building in 5 years. We are only 25, after all. We don’t have children yet, but we have started planning, one child should definitely come before the house is built. Therefore, I want to plan a house that is big enough. That means 2 adults, then one children's room each, possibly a second one, and then a guest room. Is it sensible to build with a basement? We have a 2500m² plot where a double garage with a party room above it is supposed to be built, and a workshop at the back. Maybe someone has an idea or maybe there is a nice program where you can create a floor plan? Regards ronny

hi,

so I am currently drawing my floor plan the classic way by hand because the programs are no good. We are building a bungalow with about 130 sqm of living space - without a basement. It includes 2 children's rooms, an office, a utility room, and two bathrooms. We move the furniture (the ones that are available or that you would normally buy) around on the drawing. That way you quickly find out if you need to do something differently or if it is enough as it is.

Greetings Bromi

We have now planned 120 ²m per floor. We have a ground floor and an upper floor with 2 children's rooms and one large master bedroom. That should be enough. Our plot of land is also 2665 ²m in size.

Thank God we were allowed to copy a building plan from a house that we liked at first sight. We went to the owners and they were so kind to give us a tour and immediately hand over the old plan. :D
