Hello,
I have purchased a house built in 1956 in the area of the former GDR. When removing the flooring on the 1st floor, I found a white styrofoam-like material between the rafters, with a somewhat finer structure. When touched, it crumbles into dust.
My question is, what kind of material is this and is it harmful to health?
