Hello dear community,
I recently looked at a house built in 1910. Everything is fine so far, but the basement really worries me. The moisture level is between 20% and 25% in the interior walls. Salt efflorescence is clearly visible. It is clearly present on the steel beam and what is coming out of the wall in [Bild1] I cannot explain but it reminds me of a dripstone cave. A vertical sealing would only be possible on one side due to the construction. How do you assess the damage?
