Hello everyone,
the development plan shows that the shaft in front of our property has the following height specifications:
D=8.3
S=7.2
t=1.1

Do I understand correctly that the height of the shaft cover at the FINISHED road (i.e. not at the construction road) will be 8.30m above Normalhöhennull and that the base of the shaft is at 7.2 NHN? So I can find out the height of the finished road by opening the shaft cover and measuring a height of 1.10m. Am I seeing this correctly?

I would appreciate it if someone familiar with this could help me.

Regards

Arti

No. Because if the shaft has sunk by 5 cm, they will simply install 1.15 intermediate pieces. The people in our construction area made this mistake and suddenly 20 cm were missing! The shaft is not a calibrated height reference point, unless the municipality has designated the shafts as such reference points? We had several designated calibration points (not manhole covers!). At best, your surveyor can determine the exact height for you.
