Hello everyone,
we have reserved a piece of land and already have the "draft purchase agreement" from the notary at home. However, my husband and I want to have a soil survey done before the final signature. Until now, I have always read about 2-4 boreholes and am now a bit confused since I have the first offer for it.
Maybe the offer is just too complicatedly formulated for me as a layperson, but I only read about ONE borehole. Do you see it differently??

For the creation of the geotechnical report for the construction of your semi-detached house, I propose the following scope for you: 1 heavy dynamic probing to determine the density and consistency of settlement-sensitive layers.
1 geotechnical borehole for engineering geological evaluation.
Exploration depth: approx. 6 m below ground level.
The report, in two copies, includes for you:
* the engineering geological layering,
* details of the soil classes and soil groups,
* details of the soil parameters for further use by your structural engineer,
* foundation recommendation,
* details of the allowable soil pressure with resulting settlement,
* if desired, information on the bedding modulus/stiffness factor,
* general information on the recyclability of the excavated material,
* general information on the seepage and groundwater conditions at the site,
* general information on the stability of the slope.
Calculation:
1.) flat rate for deployment
2.) execution of 1 heavy dynamic probing and one reference borehole, approx. 6 m below ground level
3.) documentation and expert evaluation with scope according to the text part
