I had a single-family house designed by an architect, but had to end the collaboration after service phase 4 for various reasons.

Since the architect is now also not taking on the construction management, I am faced with the problem that I do not have one or cannot find one. We want to build the shell structure up to the roof on our own with the help of known masons.

I am looking for suggestions on how to solve the construction manager problem, maybe someone has faced the same problem before.
