Hello everyone

I am currently planning my kitchen in the Ikea online planner and unfortunately cannot select the Numerär Oak countertop.
The planner does have Numerär Beech and Birch but Oak is missing?
What is the reason?

best regards
Section Chief

The reason is that the Massive Numerär oak board is no longer available. It is only available as part-solid now and is called Akerby (with a Swedish A at the beginning - my keyboard is currently refusing to produce one). It is already integrated in the planner! However, yesterday it could not be displayed properly yet - but it should work in a few days.

Thank you for the response! Akerby is known by the online planner. Are there already any experiences regarding how sensitive this "partially solid" board is? I think among the solid wood boards, the Numerär oak was still the least sensitive, so why was it then taken off the market? Regards Section Chief

Can't really give you an answer - I assume the fully solid variant was no longer economically viable. The new variant is also cheaper. Unfortunately, there are no experience values regarding durability yet, it has not been exhibited yet - but it is already being sold. I haven't seen it "live" either.
