Hello everyone,
my air heat pump Nibe F750 has been defective for a week, and all technicians worldwide are busy!
Therefore, I would like to ask you what I should do now.
Three weeks ago our basement was flooded with rainwater.
Fortunately, the rainwater was only 1 cm high, and there was no contact with the heat pump.
For floor drying, I set the water temperature for the underfloor heating to 33 degrees.
After a week, I set it back to 22 degrees.
After a few days, the first alarm came and showed that the heating cannot generate heat.
Possible causes, e.g., "Defrosting takes too long... etc."
I switched the heating off and on several times, during which about 100 ml of water dripped 2-3 times from the exhaust air module – it is probably condensate?
Then a "high pressure alarm" came, and now there is a constant other alarm "temperature limiter alarm."
I left the heating off for a day, performed a reset "temperature limiter FQ10" on page 12, but the same alarm keeps recurring.
On the floor in the exhaust air module, I found a small metal part but do not know what it is for...
In emergency operation, the heating generates no heat, and the power consumption is always about 0.10 to 0.16 kWh.
Can someone please help us?
Many, many thanks for your attention!
