Hello experts,
I am completely new here. I found this forum because I was looking for help. I am very desperate. I am German and live in Tunisia. I have installed a hand shower for my 2 toilets. It is brand new and from Germany!! (Shattaf Bidet Spray, see picture). But somehow it is dripping. At first, right after installation, it did NOT drip. After one day, it started dripping at the first sealing point. I tried pressing again so that the seal somehow closes. Now it drips at the head of the hand shower. And this is the case with both hand showers! I exchanged one head. On the first day it was fine, but after the second day it started dripping again. What am I doing wrong? I don’t understand it.
I am counting on your help. On February 26, I am flying to Germany for one week. If I need to exchange the hand shower, please let me know. Then I can prepare for it.
