New single-family house roof structure + roofing costs

Planning single-family house.
Costs approximately for 205 sqm roof area gable roof 30 degrees.
No special features. Standard roof tiles. Insulation between rafters.
Roof truss on ceiling beams.
Plumbing work.. etc.

With us, with about 140 sqm of roof area, but with two flat roofs added, the prices in NRW (wherever you come from) for a regular gable roof including everything (carpenter, plumber, roofer) were around 30-35,000 euros.

So around 35k and you should be relatively well off... but you also want insulation? Then better calculate 6-8k more on top....
