New plastic front door warped

Hello! I had a new plastic front door with a glass panel installed in November 2021. For some time now, the front door has been difficult to unlock. Locking worked normally. It got to the point where the door could not be unlocked at all. I reported the problem to the installation company. They found that the front door had warped. The reason is that the new front door is so heavy that it has sagged toward the lock. This also made it very difficult to unlock the front door again. Adjustments were then made to the door hinges. This (initially) solved the problem. You could clearly see on the upper door hinge that the hinge had warped. After the adjustment, the door can be locked and unlocked normally again. But one door hinge guide already has a crack. Despite the adjustment, the front door is still warped and no longer horizontal (see photo). My questions:
