I can only agree, as my daughter is partially allergic to solvents, etc. Two years ago, we decided on the same manufacturer. Conclusion: Good advice, good price-performance ratio, top result. The product is not available everywhere, but can be obtained through the Swiss factory customer service at almost any building supply store. I should still have the phone number somewhere

I just read online that it makes particular sense to use ecological products when it comes to insulation material. For example, in the prefab house Keitel-Haus, they recommend hemp for insulation (there must surely be other providers as well...). There you can read that hemp fibers not only provide good protection against sound and heat/cold but are also skin-friendly and resistant to mold. If that is really true, I find that highly interesting... and worth considering when building a house.

EMOtherm wood fiber boards as insulation

As an alternative to hemp as insulation, there is also wood fiber insulation. It is fully biological and has all the properties mentioned here - mold-resistant, solvent-free for allergy sufferers, sound insulating, and provides optimal protection against cold, especially offering much better protection against summer overheating. In combination with clay plaster or loam plaster, this is a healthy wall construction.

At the company Emoton, this combination was developed as an alternative to the installation level and patented.
