New FUGA lamp installed in the office, buzzing all the time

Well, once again bought a great Ikea product, after some difficulties during assembly, which only arose because it was so hard to reach, now it hangs, the FUGA four-flame LED lamp.
And it hums....
So loud that it is impossible to bear in the ears...
And I don’t even want to get used to it, what is going on?
Could it possibly be the four LED lamps Ledare LED 400 lm?
Or is the lamp maybe broken?
Who has had similar experiences?
The lamp is connected to a dimmer switch, maybe that is also partly to blame for the humming....
Impossible, a pity, because the lighting is optimal, and we also really like the design of the lamp!

Not all LEDs can be dimmed. But it's actually quite simple: connect the lamp without a dimmer, if the buzzing stops, then it's the dimmer.....

And not every dimmer is suitable for LED. It must be a phase cut dimmer and most only work properly from 20 watts upwards (but this should all be stated in the documentation).
